K12Smart is built and supported by the Learning Technology Center. If you need help with K12Smart Phish, K12Smart Chat, or any other part of the platform, email hello@k12smart.com and we will get back to you.

What to include

So we can respond quickly, please tell us:

• Your district or organization name
• Which product you are using
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
• The email address of the affected user, if the issue affects one person

Reporting a suspicious email

If you are a staff member who has received a suspicious message, you do not need to contact us. Use the Report Phishing button in Gmail, or whatever process your district has given you, and your own security team will review it.

Administrators

Workspace administrators install and configure the K12Smart Phish Report add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Reporting also has to be enabled for your organization in K12Smart before staff can file reports.
