Groups

Groups are our way of bringing templates, domains, and users into a phishing simulation. Phish uses groups to send emails to your users.

Definitions to help:
– Cadence: How often emails are sent
– Variation: We will take your cadence and add this number of days. Emails are then scatter sent throughout the window. (Example: If your send date is January 1st, with a 30 day variation, emails will send from January 1st to the 31st at random.)
– Template Categories: We have pre-created templates grouped by service. These are designed to make setup easier. We recommend using categories that match services your users receive emails from. Use in-app support to request new categories.
